We've heard over and over again that the poses we resist the most are usually the ones we need the most and this definitely applies when it comes to backbends. Join me on the water where we will bend and flow, opening our hearts and minds to new possibilities. Let's build bridges, hold water wheels, float in bow pose and arch our camels back to meet the water. Using the softness of the water underneath us to open up our flexibility as we heal the stresses we carry in our lower backs and restore our spines so that we can feel stronger when we set foot back on land.
