Leave your fears at the water's edge and grab a spot on your floating mat. We will take it slow and experience the fun that is SUP yoga in this all-levels class. First we will find our breath and our balance as we warm up our bodies. Then we will move into a gentle vinyasa style flow as we explore balance and enjoy our unique yoga studio. Movements are sequenced with easy to follow queues to help find stability and explore progressions.
