SUP Yoga demands our attention and our alignment. Find out how to properly align the body in reference to your SUP in this beginner level flow. Tapping into our breath for strength and stillness, learn how to safely respond to the movement of the water. The first fifteen minutes of class will be spent in seated postures getting comfortable with your board. The middle of class will consist of a series on the knees with detailed instructions on alignment with options to stand. The remainder of class will consist of a supine series to prepare for savasana.
